Shipping & Delivery
We try our best to dispatch your orders within 2 business days, and we will email you the parcel tracking number once the courier has been booked. In normal circumstances delivery it will takes 1-3 working days for urban address depending on the location, and at least 1-2 additional days for rural/remote locations.
We are unable to provide exact delivery dates because once an order leaves our premises we are no longer in control of delivery. We are not responsible for courier delays or errors; however, we will endeavour to follow up with the courier tracking system where necessary.
NZ Post and Aramex (formerly Fastway courier) are our courier providers. You can leave us a note at the checkout or email us if you have a preference.

- Additional delivery cost will apply for RD rural address, remote locations and Outlying Islands.
- Please give clear delivery instructions so parcels could be left in a safe place.
Due to the high cost of packaging material and bank handling fee, if your order is less than $10.00 the system will not be able to accept your order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
International Order: Shipping costs to countries outside of New Zealand vary greatly depending on the shipping destination and the weight or size of the parcel. Please contact us in advance to find out the accurate shipping cost.
We do not take responsibility for any duties or taxes that customs may decide to charge on arrival of international orders. Please check your country's rules and regulations on this matter.
